Best dip mani I've ever had, hands down!! It's so natural looking and smooth. Most of the dip I've had always comes out a big chunky. I'm in Chicago for a friend's wedding and needed a new dip manicure last minute. Stumbled upon this place just because it's close to my friend's place. Kay was so meticulous and detail-oriented, and even provided some tips for growing out my nails after I'm done with this set. I've never had anyone provide so much care and attention to her work - she provided suggestions for shape based on the color but always asked for my permission first. I initially went in for a no chip mani. Later that night, I realized a few of my nails had some air bubbles (obviously not ideal but I get it, mistakes happen.) I called the next morning and asked if I could come in to get them fixed. They were apologetic and got me another appointment right away (for free, of course). Now my nails are perfect and it was so hassle-free to get them fixed! I know I can trust them to provide excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!

This Salon is right around the corner of my home so it is very convenient and the technicians are super friendly. My favorite girl is Kay . She is the sweetest when you get talking to her and she really takes care of my nails. She cares about the health of my nails and she listens very well to what I like and don't like. She's amazing ! Clean space
