I love this place or the barber that has been cutting my kids hair for 10 years.. good place for the price nowadays you don't have to wait with the hassle of appointments and waiting over an hour for simple haircut

I do enjoy a good haircut without all the bells and whistles that usually brings up the price. So one day, I was passing by and a few weeks earlier my partner told me of this place but of course I wasn't having it because it seemed a little bit to antiquated for my liking. But I digress, I decided one day to try it out. And low and behold, I liked it! There was an older looking gentleman whose name was Juan (I called him Don Juan) and he was there just cutting away with about two others in front of me. He said that it wouldn't take too long before he could get to me. I waited for about 15 minutes and on queue he was ready for me. That made me smile, seeing as I don't like to wait hours for a haircut. So I sat in his vintage chair and he said (in Spanish), what would I like? I told him that I wanted a trim and maybe a beard clean up. Now this made me happy that he said no worries. The hair was on point and the beard? Well he made it look so much better, I for one was super happy that this was possible because when it comes to beard trims, it is a hard subject to tackle due to not getting things even on each side. One of the drawbacks of this salon for men and women is that they only accept cash. Now normally I wouldn't be such a stickler, but who carries cash anymore? I forgot that I didn't have cash once, and it was a fiasco. But for this visit I was good, and very content with the finish product of the haircut and although he talks a little bit more then I would like, that's the only thing that was a bit daunting for me since I wanted to relax, but a small price to pay for a good experience. Now just a reminder. parking at certain times is not good in front of the establishment, so you may have to park across the street or a block away. Its still not bad.
