We have now worked with Strategem for two separate projects (updating an entire two bedroom and two bathroom condo, including refinishing the flooring) and have been very happy. This was a significant investment, but we are extremely happy we made it and choose Habitar/Strategem. We found the process from start to finish to be very transparent and clearly communicated. Customer service was outstanding. Both jobs were on-time and on-budget.

Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, listens to your ideas and enhances each vision, prompt responses, on budget. Mitch, Kanya, Jen and their whole team gave their time and expertise to all aspects of the project at hand and others. No project is without hiccups, but the difference is Stratagem's communication, explanations, and follow-up. Will be contacting them for future projects.
Stratagem created a new kitchen and two baths for our family. It was a big project, significant investment, and enormous success! It's hard to believe the transformation of each space, which was in various states of disrepair from severe to total. We worked within the existing footprint and made complete replacement of every element. The end result is functional and beautiful.
We are so grateful for our new old home. I doubt many companies can handle the challenges and quirks that such an old structure (1880) brings with it so well. Every room as it was unmasked presented unwelcome surprises, such as 'remedial' plumbing, rot, etc, but... read full review
