I attended this place on my vacation to Chicago. I had my doubts about going to this place, I finally decided to go with a friend. I have already visited the steamworks in Toronto and this one is better in some ways.The entrance (locker) was 35USD with the membership, the facilities are well maintained and are huge since each level looks like a labyrinth and has what I was interested in, which are the jacuzzi and the steam rooms.They only lend you a towel but not sandals (to keep this in mind). Drinks are purchased from machines and only with TC. When checking out, the reception staff was a bit rude, maybe he was having a bad day.
Went here on trans night for a first time bath house experience and had a fantastic night with my trans gf and friend. The front staff was nice and were able to answer concerns kindly. Diverse and respectful crowd. Will be back!
Great place to come in, relax, and hang out (and I do mean that literally). Very fun. Staff are really nice. Lafey is definitely the most helpful and knows how to get a crowd in and out quick; ask for him when you come in! He ought to be running the place with how professional and efficient he is.
