My best friend and I decided to take a 1 day trip from Charlotte to Chicago JUST to experience this spa. I saw it on Tik Tok and wanted to do this for my birthday. Everything was better than I’d imagined. We did the Himalayan Salt Ritual and it was hands down THE best! Relaxing in the different thermal baths was truly an experience. The flotarium was my favorite one. The aromatic saunas really cleansed my body and opened up my sinuses. This place was amazing. If you’ve ever thought about going, think no longer and book your reservation!

I have been to Aire 6 times since it opened in 2017.
It's always been beautiful, serene and attentive service.
However, the last 2 times I went, May '26 and Nov '25, the facilities were slipping.
Cold salt showers (still), spent towels, icky/musty shower stalls and tiles, musty smelling saunas lacking lavender/eucalyptus/citrus in steamrooms, empty tea pots.
I also miss the orange blossom scent outside.
I love taking my out of town guests there, but I hesitate when the cleanliness seems compromised.
I realize with all the water and moisture it's a challenge, but feedback it a great way to address the issue that might keep people from coming back.

The most relaxing time I've ever had in my own city, I truly felt like It was the best way to have a staycation while feeling transported out of Chicago to somewhere so calming and relaxing. The staff are so helpful and accommodating at making sure you're comfortable. The amenities are gorgeous, my favorite is the scrub they gave you afterward so it feels like you took a little bit of the experience home. Will definitely be coming back always!
