A true oasis in the heart of the city. I first came here for the float tanks - which are great - but I have become a fan of the infrared sauna. I noticed the benefits right away. The packages offered make it a bargain.

Discovered this local business while on my quest to improve my health in the most natural and least invasive way possible. I’ve now had 2 float sessions and I will definitely be integrating this therapy into my weekly routine. I have muscle and joint pain that is substantially lessened with floating. My sleep has also improved and my skin is amazing after a float. Recommend to anyone that has stress or anxiety or to address muscle soreness or joint pain. Can’t wait to try the nir infrared sauna.

My first float experience. Staff were really kind and helpful, and were interested to hear how I liked the experience after I was done. Clean and with all the amenities I needed for setup and getting out back together after as well as some nice touched for the float itself— lighting and music I could adjust intensity and volume of, a head floatie, some small towels. The relaxation area was so nice as well. Will definitely return.
