***note this was a long time ago and the techs might all be different. But please check to see if this will even work on the areas you want done with someone who actually knows what they are talking about!

I bought a Groupon and used them a long time ago. I live in the suburbs, so driving out there each time was a hassle but if it worked, it was worth it.

They never told me that removal of baby hairs on my neck wouldn't work. They proceeded to do all my sessions. I went back and complained that I see 0 difference, and they did a couple more sessions. Still nothing

If I could give this spa zero stars I would. Their business practices are unethical, as other reviewers have pointed out, and they do not honor vouchers (i.e. the one on Yelp) suggesting they're under new ownership. The massages aren't anything special and it's not worth the hassle, avoid this place at all costs.

If I could put no stars, I totally would! Horrible, horrible customer service, especially on the phone! They never seem to have an RN on staff to do the Biotin injections! Ive called numerous times over several months and am still owed a few injections. Horrible and disrespectful place. Do not recommend
