Buyer BEWARE. Soo cleaners lost my brand new Frette linens. So they say. Someone there or one of their other clients hit the jackpot with these $$$$ items. The bed linens were replacements for others that had been deteriorated by Soo's laundering. So threadbare as a result of their workmanship that they were only good as donations to the dog rescue where they now reside. If you value your items be they bed linens, outerwear, or prom dresses stay clear of Soo

I brought a rug in to be cleaned that cost me $100 to purchase. The owner was VERY clear I would get a phone call with an estimate. Finally 3 weeks later I stop in and the rug is there, cleaned. For $180?! I can just buy a new rug. NO ONE has called me. This is horrible horrible business. All I get is the run around by the support staff. Do right by your customers. I brought a pair of uniform pants ( Woman ) to Soo Cleaners to have a zipper replaced. They were an extra pair so I did not notice at the time but when I tried to use pants I found that they replaced the zipper with a pull tab big enough for a Man’s winter ski jacket. The pants could not be worn.When I brought the pants back I spoke to a woman named Catherine. She said she would not correct their mistake because they couldn’t possibly have done the work. They checked their computer and found that the work had been done by them.
