I've been visiting this establishment since 2016 and have never patronized another establishment simply because she can take care of all my needs and mainly because she has totally transformed my skin over the years by giving skincare advice and introducing me to products that actually works for for me. Always professional, punctual, friendly, patient, and just overall her character is amazing. I have sent messages to her at night if I have ever had issues with my skin and she responds right then and there. I have referred very close friends to her and they can say the same. She works with you when it comes to scheduling and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else!

Professional, personable and really good at what they do. Tried for the first time, nervous and should have comes years ago, instead I spent more money at other place in the area, that did not bring the quality of care I received. I will be coming back and you should check it out too.

Alicia was so nice and really made my first waxing experience great! It barely hurt and she was extremely reassuring about the whole situation. Would def recommend to first timers and to anyone looking for a good wax!
