They also put in a chimney liner and re-tuck pointed the top part of the chimney where the mortar was crumbling, doing a wonderful job. Their work was efficient, accurate, clean, and effective. No more leaky roof and the chimney is lined and capped, and tuck pointed. Silva’s inspection also led them to find that there wasn’t a cap on or liner in the chimney. They were extremely respectful of the cleanliness of the inside of the home and cleaned up every single time they did work.
