I can't recommend her enough! She is absolutely amazing! professional, talented, kind, and always makes me feel welcome. Her prices are very fair, and the quality of her work is exceptional every single time.
I've been driving an hour each way to see her for the past 8 years, and she's worth every mile. She truly listens to what I want, pays attention to every detail, and I always leave feeling happy and confident with my hair.
If you're looking for a hairstylist who is skilled, honest, and genuinely cares about her clients, look no further. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Affordable, friendly, and by far most importantly, a great haircut. Check ins making sure I am liking the haircut, adjustments when asked, advice on possible styles, really couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve been going to Shiva’s Salon since 2012 when I used to live in Rogers Park. Now 2026, I travel all the way from the South Loop to get my haircut by Shiva (I get my eyebrows periodically threaded). She’s the absolute sweetest, she always cuts my hair the way I like it and has helped me with my healthy hair journey as I embrace my natural curly hair. I also love that she cuts all hair textures and people of all ethnicities. I’m def a loyal customer. I highly recommend Shiva. She’s the best!
