“I can’t not believe how amazing Rob was, I came in with an emergency in the hopes of getting my sons shoulder pads fixed with in a few hours ( which I already new was an aggressive ask)

The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!

This was above and beyond anything any place would ever do!!!

“I'm so grateful I found Nena to alter my dress. She is the crowned jewel at Crown Sewing. She was truly a God send, with a love for her work! I bought my dress 2 months before my wedding which included a lot of appliqués around the waist, shoulders and bottom of the dress And Jose who I believe was the manager helped get me in! He was a very pleasant and patient person to communicate with. He answered all my texts promptly. My dress needed about 6 inches taken in on the front and sides. Nena did her magic and figured out how to alter everything from the waist, working with the complicated appliqué work, and keeping the bottom of the dress in tact. She also sewed in Angel charms I bought to represent my father, grandparents and great aunt. She showed an emotional caring with this touch, which she said in her words "I have goose bumps." I think she was brought to tears and took the task very seriously honoring them in her work. I was very grateful. I would definitely drive the 45 min drive to work with her again! “Genuinely one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with any service. I brought in a bunch of mine and my lady's winter clothing that had sat in a basement for a year and smelled of mildew, most of it dry clean only. I also asked for a work jacket to be sewn where I had ripped a large hole. She fixed everything perfectly and also went out of her way to repair buttons on my formal coat. Also just the most lovely woman, I told her I live across the street and she wouldn't take no for an answer and helped me walk everything up to my unit. Phenomenal service and genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met.
