I took my son’s jacket to this place for a dry clean after he insisted for me to find another place because the business looked dirty and not professional. After convincing him I took it there and they told me to come back in two days and told me how much it would cost. When my son went to pick it up two days later he was told that they had not proceeded with the dry cleaning because it was actually more expensive than what they had said. Instead of calling they decided to wait and give us the news when he picked it up. My son really needed that coat for that day. Don’t go here! This place is unreliable and horrible customer service.

This is the most unprofessional place I have been to. Took a coat for dry cleaning they told me it was 4 dollars and to come back in two days. When I went to pick it up they said they had not done anything because it was actually more money. I needed that coat for that day and was counting on them. Unreliable and worst customer service! STAY AWAY!

Worst experience ever!!! I took my toddlers coat to get tailored and dry cleaned! When my husband picked it up it was missing the fur to his hat!!!😡 my husband asked the old lady where was the fur and she replied that the coat didn’t come with the fur!!!! They lost it 🤬
