Ms. Kadie aka Loc Empress has been a blessing In my Loc journey since 2018 I had visited another salon that claimed to know how to start Locs but that proved to be wrong. When I was referred to Kadie she welcomed me and made me feel comfortable in her salon, she counseled me on my hair and how she was going to get my hair to the state that it is now.
