Ray did a wonderful job identifying the problem with my air conditioner. He provided options and ultimately determined it was best to replace it.

When it came time to install it, his communication was great. He arrived on time and got to work. Really appreciate his attention to detail, including wearing shoe coverings to keep dirt off the inside of my home. Very kind and explains things during the process. World class service!
