My experience with my primary care provider has been great — no complaints there. My feedback is specifically about the lab's hours and the accuracy of the schedule published online.

This is at least the fourth time I've arrived during posted lab hours and found the technician wasn't available. Today is a good example. The schedule lists an 8:30 a.m. opening, but when I arrived at 9:00 a.m. I was told the lab wouldn't open until 10:00. I came back at 11:58 a.m., just before the lunch break, and the technician was already out — that one's on me. But I was then told the lab would close at 3:30 p.m. today rather than the 4:30 p.m. posted online.

I like my doctor here. The nurses also are great listener. Phlebotomist is one of the best I’ve had. They found my vein the first time. Can’t comment on anything further than an annual.

I went in for abdominal and transvaginal ultrasounds. I had anxiety leading up to this appointment due to past negative experiences elsewhere. My ultrasound tech, Anca, was the absolute sweetest. She heard and addressed my concerns, made me feel safe and comfortable, explained thoroughly as to what was happening/going to happen as she went along. I never felt more at ease. Thank you so, so much!!
