My experience with River North Dry Cleaners was beyond disappointing. From the moment I entered, I was met with hostility and disrespect from the staff, particularly the individual who seemed to be in charge. This person not only cussed me out but was also incredibly rude and abrasive in their communication. It was evident they had no interest in customer service or basic decency.

Furthermore, the operational hours displayed on both their door and Google were completely inaccurate, causing me unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. This lack of professionalism is inexcusable for any business, let alone a service-oriented one like a dry cleaner.

The worst. Never go there. They tailored my pants incorrectly twice. When I tried them on the second time he aggressively yanked up my pants while on me to “show me they fit”. He then stole my shoes until I paid him.

We started using River North cleaners 10 years ago when my husbands office was nearby. The service and quality is so excellent we continue to use them despite the fact my husbands office is now in the loop and we must go out of our way. Otho g but praise!!
