Update: gave 5 stars back because the medical staff and doctors are incredible and I’m very grateful for them. My dentist even acknowledged the miscommunication and I really appreciate the care she provided. The phone system and the lack of email appointment confirmation is lacking and could remove a lot of stress on the side of the patient and likely the staff as well.

Dr. Yasmine was kind, patient, and attentive. She gave me a safe space to spill all of my concerns without making me feel dismissed/invalidated. I had a terrible experience at the Belmont location with Dr. Dagni, so I made an appointment at West Town hoping for someone to listen and help. Luckily, I was booked with Dr. Yasmine, who gave me nothing but compassion and kindness. Thank you!!
