If I could give it a zero star I would. I dropped my bridesmaid dress for an alteration and when I picked it up, my dress was stained. The lady kept saying that they only did an alteration and since I didn’t want it to be cleaned well that’s that. Basically taking no responsibility for staining my bridesmaid dress! I told her my dress was new and not stained when I dropped off. All she said was you didn’t want cleaned which has nothing to do with the fact that they stained it! She also said to bring it back for a good price on cleaning 🙄 advised her that I will never return there. Be careful bringing your stuff here.
