Kate was phenomenal. Highly recommend for deep tissue massage. She is attentive and very responsive to my needs. This was my first “post COVID” massage and she did an amazing job on my mess of tension and pain. I travel to Chicago quite a bit and will seek out Kate in Streeterville on my next trip.
Excellent service at the Ontario location! It was my first massage and I chose the signature option. I had Jeff and he was very nice and professional. The room was nice, clean, and had a nice lemon scent. Will be going back.
The massage was really great--the therapist was strong and skilled. I would've given 5 stars except for the fact that there was a booking snafu. I'm from out of town and not very familiar with the area. The confirmation email did not include a street address so I Googled Pause and was directed to its other location in River North. I had to rush over in a car service to the Streeterville location and lost 20 minutes of massage time because of it. Make sure you go to the rightl location!
