Massage Envy offers massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that contribute to overall wellness. Many customers have praised their experiences, especially highlighting therapists like Willa and Lemareye for their exceptional techniques and ability to relieve tension. Willa is noted for her attentiveness and skill, providing a highly recommended massage that focused on the back and soles of the feet, creating a relaxing and invigorating experience. Customers also appreciate the professionalism and personable attitude of therapists like Chris, who has effectively addressed long-standing pain issues. Another guest has enjoyed visiting this location for over 10 years and values the skill of therapists like Tiffany, known for delivering medium to firm pressure massages. However, some reviews mention that the service can feel more commercialized, with a focus on general back rubbing rather than thorough muscle work. Additionally, customers note that there are fees associated with transactions, cancellations, and credit transfers. Overall, Massage Envy is recommended for its effective massages, professional staff, and clean environment, making it a go-to place for relaxation and wellness.
Best massage I've ever gotten and service was amazing! Im not too great with touch, but the staff is very good about addressing what is comfortable before the massage.
The receptionist was also great, he was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Overall a great experience, wish I want just visiting so I could come back again !
Great massage from Chris - first time at this location as I was visiting town, but he communicated well and was very professional. Took a bit for him to warm up, but I was his first client for the day
Carolyn is the absolute best! She has been giving me facials for over a year, and my skin has never looked better. She is incredibly kind and always listens to my needs. Truly the best.
The front desk staff are also always so kind and welcoming. They remember who I am even though I only come in once a month, which means a lot.
I could not recommend this location and their amazing team enough!
