Hands down the best gym I've ever experienced. I initially reached out to owner Derrick Baker (DB) for a rehab program after rupturing my ATF ligament in my left ankle - not only was his custom program perfect for me restoring my strength and mobility, but he also incorporated a holistic approach designed to realign and balance my entire body. I love working out at Pro. I did personal training with Jonathan and saw amazing results. It is a motivating environment and they know what they are talking about! You will learn so much.
