Shoutout to the receptionist with the medium length bright magenta hair. I was having a bad day, lost composure and cried in front of her and she handled it extremely kindly and professionally.
The locker rooms and pool area are clean as is everything else.
I was visiting from another gym and never tired LA fitness. The guy Tye at the first desk was very helpful, showed me around the gym, and answered all my questions. Whenever I’m back in town I will definitely visit this location again.
Recently toured the South Loop location and had a really good experience. The sales team was busy when I arrived but one of the VPs, Nic, was kind enough to personally show me around the facility and answer all my questions. He was professional, welcoming, and encouraging throughout the tour, and even let me try out a Pilates class which I really appreciated. The gym was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere overall. Definitely glad I stopped by.
