Lois is the best physical therapist I have ever ha! She is so smart, kind and warm. She rehabbed me through my brutal hip labral tear surgery. She was so positive and encouraging and always picked me up when I was having a struggle day. I NEVER thought I would be able to get back to normal exercise including hard core hiking and biking. And guess what?!?! I DID!! I AM!! She and Danielle are the kind of PTs that you want on your side-they know their stuff!!! I trust them implicitly! There is no other place like OFFSEASON. Top of the food chain!!!!! Cannot recommend more❤️

Lois and Danielle are superb across the board. I went in for a persistently sore shoulder. The process was well thought out and thorough, in terms of examination, testing, diagnosis, treatment and at-home exercises. I was back to normal in a few weeks. I strongly recommend Offseason for optimal recovery from injury, soreness, etc. (including tips for injury prevention). They are also super friendly and accommodating!

Lois and team worked with my 15 to daughter on a volleyball related injury. Where do I start with how impressed that I am with Off-season PT? So accommodating with scheduling, so knowledgeable, so thorough, and because Lois has a volleyball background herself she related so well with my daughter. Additionally, they diagnosed precisely, worked with her to not just recover, but utilized video to teach her how she moves during the game and helped her to use her body differently in order to prevent future injuries. All of this and they are the sweetest, kindest and understanding (when we forgot about an appointment). I would highly recommend this practice!
