In my situation with a lower back issue traditional PT, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, etc. focused on the scene of the issue. i.e. a band aid solution. Egoscue Posture Therapy views the entire body as one system and often can trace imbalances to more global causes. In my situation after sitting at a computer for 30 years and countless hours behind the wheel my lower back took the brunt of the slouching. The variety of AI generated Egoscue Menus have gotten me back into alignment and is enabling my body to do it's healing magic. Brandon has been a life saver for me. I first came to him many years ago with a debilitating herniated disc in my lower back. Through Egoscue, I was back to normal and pain free without any surgery! I continue coming back for various other musculoskeletal issues that crop up in my 77 year old body and Brandon skillfully addresses each one of them! He’s a great person to work with, always upbeat and enthusiastic, and so knowledgeable.
