I've always been very happy with my experience at oak Street health my doctor name was Sean Llewellyn he's no longer with oak Street health he recently left oak Street health August 5th of 2024 he was a great care provider he was very understanding would always listen and give me advice to improve my care and he had a great bedside manner if every primary care doctor was like him this world would be a better place for disabled people I'm legally blind with other disabilities and he was very understanding if he gave me a referral he would highlight everything just so I could see it with a pink highlighter thank you Dr Llewellyn for giving me such great care I hope you...read full review
