Our condo association recently worked with Mr Porch to rebuild our 3 story deck and stairs in Chicago. From the jump, Frank was professional, knowledgable, and all around great to work with. He walked us through the entire project so we knew what to expect and was flexible with us as we adjusted out plans.Pre-build, Mr. Porch covered designing the decks to our specifications, drawing up the plans, and submitting the permitting application to the city. We needed several repairs to our deck. We live in a 3 unit condo in Chicago and the deck for each unit was over 20 years old. Most contractors recommended a completely new deck but Mr. Porch took the time to figure out what are the top priorities for structural stability and recommended improvements to comply with current building codes. The quoting process went well, the professionals that conducted the work were exceptional. The even did some additional work outside the quote as new issues arose. I couldn't be happier with the work that was completed.

Mr. Porch is a wonderful person. He came and looked at my deck, which had been put in by another business. He gave me his professional judgment. Since he is trustworthy, I would suggest doing business with him.
