I have been going to Dr. Camacho's office since 2020. Dr. Camacho has been a great doctor to me but they completely lost me as a patient by the way their office is run. I was told my appoint is at 1pm but when I got there their office was closed. Called multiple time and left a message, no one called me back or called to follow up. I called them a few hours later and their receptionist proceeded to tell me that they saw me waiting outside since 12:40pm. So this receptionist saw a patient waiting outside for 20 mins and didn't bother to let me know that they were on lunch or that I should come back in 30mins. I recommend anyone looking for primary care to avoid Dr. Camacho's office for the reason that his operation is run poorly and unprofessionally. I cannot say anything negative about his services as a medical professional, however.I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Camacho as a first time patient and provided all the necessary information to the staff. They informed me of my appointment, which was scheduled a month out, and that I would receive a confirmation and reminder a week in advance via a recording or phone call. No recording or phone call was received and when I called in to confirm my appointment, I was passed between three different people until someone told...read full review
