Called the number at 6:30am after my original braider cancelled my appointment 10 mins to me arriving and netty woke on up and answered that call i was already well past her as far as location so i sat waited and netty still beat me to the shop 😫😭 customer service was awesome… she welcomed me in and was so gentle yet firm when it came to my box braids… she understood that i didnt have alot of money as i was supposed to model a free style but i had already purchased the hair… she used the hair i had and took care of me… i also have short hair on the back and sides of my head she took care of that no problem she has a booksy for those...read full review
Netty is rude and obnoxious No Customer. Service skills at all the last style I got 2 days ago are coming out called her and how y'all gonna complain and in 4to5wks. I've been there 3 times spent, $530 ,her response wasn't professional at all they falling off with there customer service I didn't appreciate her response when I called if I call you it gotta be a issue and before you hear me out you start bickering that's unprofessional u wanna go back and forth with a customer no frfr no
I was in Chicago for work and needed my hair done ..... I called an was able to.get an appointment that day.... great customer service professional services outstanding atmosphere reasonable pricing as long as I'm in the Chicago area this will be my go to place
