My dress had some light marks on it as well as lots of wrinkles and pet hair and needed it for an event. The dress has embroidery as well as metal tips and fringe on the back. First I went to a different dry cleaners who said that he could get it done but it wouldn't be ready in time. The second place I went to said that she wouldn't recommend dry cleaning it as the machines could mess up those embellishments and they would have to send it out to be pressed anyway. Cleaners are cleaners, but why I pick this place is not just out of convenience, the staff are super helpful and friendly. They seem to take their time explaining and making sure I'm comfortable w the changes. Everything I've taken here have been alterations and they've been done to my satisfaction.

They do a good job at cleaning, but so do most dry cleaners. What sets them apart is the good customer service and the fact that they go above and beyond to help us with any clothing i being in (even when it is just to press, or alter)
