Totally recommended!I had a problem with my laptop. I scheduled an appointment , they found the problem the same day. Even though they couldn’t fix it because they couldn’t find the part that it’s need to be replace ( I couldn’t find it either) they help me to save all the Information from my laptop.They are very professional !!

The fan on my new laptop failed and I needed a replacement. I found the local factory service centers close to me and originally scheduled with MicroCenter since they were the closest. I went in on my appointment day, explained to them the issue, and was told I it would be 3-4 weeks before they run diagnostics my laptop to determine the issue and then another 1-2 weeks to get parts and repair it. Keep in mind I already knew the issue and it would have taken them less than 10 minutes to verify by removing the keyboard. I took the laptop in for repair unsure of what the issue is for why it isn't turning on, but turns out it was a simple fix of disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. They did not charge me anything, and they were very nice! If any problems arise with my laptop in the future, this is the place I'd go!
