2 days ago, A/C worked fine. Yesterday I woke up in an 80-degree house. Knew who to call. Anil was at my house 9am in the morning. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the replacement part. He made quick work and now my house is cool as temperatures heat up. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Modern HVAC. Technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Service was done in a timely manner and issue was fixed. Technician took the time to explain what was wrong and what was done to complete the repair.

The technicians were professional, punctual, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend! Anil the technician is Great New AC/Furnace were replaced. I saved about 4K compared to other companies.
