Highly recommended medical clinic with excellent lab facilities.The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The results were delivered in a timely manner, and the overall experience was seamless.In addition, the lab services at Galilee Medical Center were exceptional. The lab technician, Yaileen is highly skilled and efficient, and I was able to get my blood work done quickly and painlessly. Will definitely return for future medical needs.

I've been a client for way over 20 plus years and now COVID-19 is here and this is the first time I coming in. Yearly physical and other issues I need to speak to Dr about. But whatever. The fact that they are socially distancing just so staff and clients can be safe is awesome. There are now limited chairs in the waiting area and I do appreciate that as it says that they are following CDC guidelines and that in itself says a whole lot since the neighborhood is highest incidence rate in Chicago. I have been to Dr. Mirshed, Dr. Fonseca, and now Dr. Margie Ortiz. All of them are great. I have recently been seeing Dr. Ortiz with a few problems that have been reoccurring, and she was great to find solutions in regards to my anxiety and skin concerns. She's a great doctor, I'm glad I met up with her with my problems and she was quick to find solutions for them, emergent and non emergent. I see many reviews regarding wait times, but haven’t had heavy wait times with Dr. Ortiz. I know there can be heavy wait times though because it can get busy, But I’d rather have a doctor who takes their time with everyone than a doctor who is quick in and out patients.
