I always have pleasant experiences at Millennium Park Smiles even though I had not so pleasant experiences as a child. Basically, the skinny was that after my parents' divorce, my mother got a job and her health insurance paid for my FIRST trip to the dentist at age 11. Yeah. The result being that I had 16 cavities. So, I was introduced to many episodes of pain, stress and fear.
About 12 years later, at the same dentist's office, I chose Dr. Kontos as my dentist, and he has been gentle, down-to-earth and superb ever since. It was a complete break with the past and I followed him from the old office to where he is now.
