I've had an excellent time working with Mack! They were quick to find me temp gig openings and they even secured me a full-time temp-to-hire position within a month of me working for them! Their office is clean and presentable, and all of the staff were professional and helpful. Carly was always very responsive to any questions I had and clearly had my best interests at heart when finding me available roles. In my experience, this is THE best admin staffing agency here in Chicago! I can't rave about them enough.

If I could give Mack & Associates 10 stars I would! They were amazing to work with when I was casually looking for my next role and then when I was a part of a layoff they continued to stay in touch and reached out with the perfect role that I eventually ended up taking. They checked in every step of the interview process and offered interview prep as well. They didn't pressure me to move forward with a role that didn't feel like the right fit.
