Rose was great. She able to resolve my concerns about my hair style and made sure I was satisfied before I left. She braids neatly and does not snap my hair or damage my hair. I will surely come back and have my hair braided by Rose again. She has integrity.

I can't speak to the quality of the services offered here but in my experience visiting this salon, the staff at Lys African Hair Braiding were overbooked and handled the situation very poorly. When I arrived on time for my 10am appointment, two more clients walked in after me booked for the same stylist at the same time. The stylist assigned to the three of us was late but I waited until 10:30am just to be told I would need to keep waiting longer to be seen and that they had no idea how long the service would take. I declined and ultimately wasted my time coming here.

I love the shop they do a great job I just didn’t like I came from the west side in been sent them a picture of how I want my hair 3days before my appointment and when I got there I had to pick a new style due too they did not know how to do the style I wanted. I feel like that was very inappropriate! But I still stayed in picked a new style and I love it!!!!!
