Communication, honesty, and skill matter a lot for plumbing customers. John Love is excellent at all of these. He was quickly responsive to my initial call, and texted me with every update and delay. He is very clear when he describes problems and solutions. He showed me ways I could save money midway through the project. He stayed for a while after the project and checked in the next day to be sure all went well. All pros should do business this way.
John was great, he was very helpful and was willing to go overboard to fix our situation. He didn’t even charge us for the extra tools that he had to use and only charged us for the service fee. I would highly recommend!
John Love is always my first call for anything plumbing related. John takes his work very seriously and is a true professional. I have his number saved in my phone and not only is he the first call, he is always the only call I need to make.John has completed multiple jobs for me and my family, from Sump Pump Replacement, fixing drainage and rodding the kitchen lines. Most recently John completed that job for us, it was a very stubborn job but John persisted and ultimately on the scheduled day we were unable to remove the clog.
