I’m very grateful to John and Danny for coming out and getting our sewer open. After our basement flooded with sewer water and we paid another plumber $4,000 thinking he had done a thorough job, 6 weeks later our basement flooded again and we came to find out the job was not as thorough as we thought. I had John install a flood control valve in the front yard. He was great to work with the entire process. He and Jesus worked quickly, efficiently and communicated well. In the process, we uncovered an issue with the sewer, and he quickly came up with a plan to get it fixed as well. It’s not fun when unexpected issues arise, but we didn’t have to stress about it because John kept us updated the entire time. I would definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.
