I have had a lot of negative experiences in the past with locticians pulling out my hair with combs and damaging techniques. I reached out to Danielle and I asked her questions to ‘vet’ her. She was open and receptive to all of my questions. She was really knowledgeable. She retwisted my hair and I haven’t see my locs look so good in years! I was elated. The only downside is that I was there way longer than I anticipated. She was kind enough to explain why the appointment took so long, but time is precious. If you are in a time crunch, I’d try to schedule a weekday appointment since she’s able to work faster then.
