I regularly visit the nail salon every Friday, accompanied by a friend.
While the overall experience has been satisfactory, I encountered an unpleasant situation yesterday with Bryan.
My friend and I were deeply offended by his rude attitude.
I politely requested to talk with the manager. Unfortunately, the communication was poor but after a few days, the owner contacted me to apologize and spoke with me personally, making me feel welcome again. So, I appreciate the follow-up and I will comeback.

Stopped in today for the first time for a walk-in manicure. The nail tech did a terrific job and included a little hand massage which was really nice . I’ll keep you all in mind next time I need a manicure!
