Keenahm construction has really transformed
our loft condo. We're doing our construction in phases, and they've worked with us twice so far, and we will definitely be calling them back for the third phase.
Derrick is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable about anything to do with home improvement, whether it's carpentry work, drywall, electrical, stone work, kitchen, bathroom - you name it. He's also very creative and really enjoys doing custom work. We have an unusual loft condo where nothing is standard, and he has had a solution for every problem. Derrick, did a plumbing job in my master bedroom bathroom and not only was the job done very professionally, he explained every detail of what he was doing, how long it would take and how much the job would be. I will be using their services again, in the very near future.
Keenahm Construction remodeled my upstairs bathroom and I absolutely LOVE IT! Mr. Span took the time to listen to how I wanted my bathroom to look and to guide me through what would look good, and gave me options for cost effectiveness as well, because I have never been through a renovation and didn't necessarily know what I wanted. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in his craft.
