Kathy’s is great, and they do a good job. Reasonable prices for the area. I would disregard the negative reviews (same day service people? Cmon). I have also always gotten the price upfront, so not sure what some of the other reviews are on about.
I had an unfortunate episode with this service and had to write a poor review. However, after my review went up, Marina called me and offered to do the corrections free of charge. They also apologized for the actions of the offending staff who has been disciplined. It's unfortunate it had to get to this point to get the Management's attention but their corrective actions are all you can ask for in a responsive business. My family also runs a business and I appreciate that sometimes, the front line staff do not fully represent the owner's values.
