Poor service

My husband dropped off his clothes and paid when he came back they told him he never paid.He argued that he did and man kept telling him no you didn't so he paid again.He went to the bank and got a statement and went to show them they charged him twice and finally got a refund. My husband always gives a second chance so he went again paid and when he picked up clothes were still dirty.Sorry last chance.

After they admitted to staining a suit with their machine i was having cleaned, they said they would fix it. I returned back to pick it up a few days later with some of the stain still obviously noticeable to be told there is nothing more they can do. I asked for some type of compensation for my inconvenience and i received a blank stare. I again made it very clear of the inconvenience and that they had stained an article of clothing i brought to them. Again a blank stare and no compensation or even an apology. This was my first and last experience with this cleaners and i will never be returning nor recommending them to anyone in the neighborhood.
