I made an appointment for watch battery replacement, and Pamela & Pat were so incredibly kind! I ended up buying a nice silver chain necklace for my cross pendant, and they even cleaned my wedding rings for free. Thank you so much!!
Holtzmann’s has amazing service! I am so happy with my ring and have received so many compliments on it. Shopping with them was fun too- Pat walked us around the shop to stand in different areas because he insisted we need to compare the sparkle in different lighting. They listen and will build your ring to be what you want.
