We've been using this dry cleaners since we moved to the neighborhood a little less than a year ago, and we've been very happy with their services! Our clothes are always ready on time and come back clean and stain-free. I even had a dress altered here, and the owner did a great job! Not to mention, prices are fair and the staff is very friendly!
I’ve been a customer since the 2000s and stayed with them even after I left the neighborhood. They’re just that great! Sara performs miracles with stains and alterations. And she’s sweet to boot!
I have had nothing but great outcomes when getting tailoring done at Jay's Cleaners. The woman who does tailoring is very good at working with me to get the right length in any pants or jeans I have brought in for hemming. I brought my daughter in to have two party dresses adjusted at the neckline. She not only adjusted them to look beautiful, she also started pinning and adjusting the dress down the sides on her own, which made the dress look much better on my daughter. I have been to a number of places, and Jay's by far is the best I have come across. FYI, it is always important to give a tailor feedback before they finalize pinning.
