Had an appointment for November 10 and refused to treat me because of my insurance. I had asthma attack two days before and what they told me was just to go back to the ER. Since my insurance wasn’t my primary insurance

There's no wonder that everybody here left only one star lol I wish I could give them zero star cuz that's what they truly deserve! People work there are all mean spirited corrupted horrible lazy liars. About 5 years ago, I needed a doctor who can prescript me birth control pills. I accidentally picked this place cuz they accept our insurance and were really close from my apartment at that time. Seriously, I immediately regretted choosing this place. Since my insurance company allowed me to get the pills only via home delivery pharmacy, I was required to call the clinic asking if them could fax my prescription the office of the pharmacy and gave them their fax number. A few week later, a lady from the pharmacy called me saying that they haven't received the prescription yet. Since the clinic was steps away from my apartment, I decided to just visit them and ask directly. When I asked them about my prescription, a receptionist said that they had faxed already. It didn't sound right, so I asked them if they had got correct fax number and found out that they had the correct one. I also asked her to fax the prescription right in front of me. She looked like at me like I was the most annoying person in the world but she did it anyways. I called my insurance company later to make sure if they had received my prescription and they said that finally they had received. I'm pretty sure that she lied or faxed my prescription to totally wrong number. 6 months later, my prescription for the pills got expired and needed new one. At that time I was busy working so just called them instead of visiting them. But they never picked up the phone. So I ended up just stopping by the clinic asking them to fax it nicely. Guess what happened? Then different receptionist who looked really mean said they couldn't do it cuz they were busy even though there were no patiences. Then another receptionist started laughing at me and said something in Spanish and the mean faced receptionist started laughing too. Obviously they were talking shit about me which is really childish and NOT professional at all. How old are they? 16 years old?? After waiting a week, of course they forgot to fax it(ha! I knew they would!) So I called my pharmacy to explain the whole situation and she promised me to talk to them. And only a few hours later, she called me back saying she requested it on the phone and she finally had received it. YES FINALLY!!! But another nightmare happened to me. One day aforementioned mean receptionist called me saying they forgot to charge me $25 and needed my debit card number. Last time I saw them for the pills, a Hispanic nurse named Lolita who had really heavy Spanish accent gave me an urine cup then they could check if I was pregnant. At that time, I was in the middle of my period. I'm not a doctor, but it was so obvious that I wasn't pregnant but urged me to do it anyway. Then I asked her if it was really necessary since I was on my period and the urine test would be covered with my insurance and she certainly said "yes" So I was disgusted and demanded more explanation to meanie face and she said that Lolita didn't know you were on your period(What? I certainly explained her!) because she isn't insurance specialist. WTF? She shouldn't have said"yes" to me if she wasn't sure. I refused to pay of course, then she said "if you refuse to pay now, you might be charged more than $25 later" Seriously? I asked my husband who is NP if it was true, he said that it is BS and the amount must be $25 no matter when I pay for it. Okay, these people lied AGAIN? Since then I stopped going them cuz I had enough. I have no idea why they were so mean and rude to me and lied so many times. Maybe people who work there and their 99% of patiences are Hispanic and I wasn't. Maybe not but who knows? I have no word how horrible this place is. Seriously they were more like trying to be the worst medical clinic in the world and made their dream came true long time ago but k

Worst experience ever! This is the most unprofessional existence I have had in the health care industry! I went in a week ago for a cleaning and to talk about a chip I had in my front tooth. The dentist informed me I need a deep cleaning and the tooth could be repaired. But she wast going to accept my insurance after the 29th. So I said lets repair the tooth next week, and I'll find a new dentist next month. I went back today, to have my tooth repair. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, she finally saw me. Didn't say a word to me, and started to work, whatever. I'm in the chair for an hour, and at the end of my appointment she tells me the price and informs me she not repair my tooth, but dos the other, more expensive procedure. The only saving grace at this office is the receptionist. DO NOT GO HERE FLR DENTAL WORK!
