Have been a fan of this brand for several years. Started at their South Loop location and recently followed them to the Northside. Where they go, I go. The quality of hair ebbs and flows but overall I am a happy customer. Would definitely recommend. Given the cost of the product I highly suggest you shop in person instead of online so you know exactly what you are getting. Ashley is my favorite associate - she’s a gem.

She is extremely knowledgeable has impeccable customer service and made sure I was confident with my purchase. She even took the time to wash and care for my bundles before I left the store !
