As much as I want to gatekeep Sophia, she deserves all the acknowledgment for how incredible she is :)

I come see her once a month and every single session is perfect. The pressure is always exactly right, and she never rushes the time. I honestly feel like I walk out with a brand-new, fresh body every single time I leave.

The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the rest of the staff is wonderful too!

I had an excellent massage at NOW Massage Lincoln Square and will definitely be coming back! Terry was my massage therapist, and they took the time to ask thoughtful questions about which areas I wanted to focus on and how much pressure I preferred. I’ve had a lot of tension and knots in my neck and shoulders, and Terry addressed them expertly while making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling so much better, with noticeably less tightness and tension. I highly recommend Terry if you’re looking for someone who is both skilled and attentive.
