Went there 8.50pm and with no hesitation about the place closing soon got a haircut from Victor...he took his time to finish even though the place already closed and... with excellent quality!!!Definitely FIVE stars!!!!!

Want to say thank u to Lillian Munoz. I've been going to HC for over 10 yrs but it was my 1st time going to this particular HC and I was a little nervous. OMG! Lilian did an awesome job on my highlights and gave me the cutest short cut for the summer. I love it

I came here to get a shampoo + cut, as well as cut off 8 inches for hair donation. Making the appointment was easy, and they saw me as soon as I came in. However, I found myself having to almost argue with the hairdresser once I was in the chair. I told her that I needed 8 inches for the donation. She was skeptical, and kept insisting "Are you sure? They usually need 10." We had this back and forth conversation for a few minutes. Mind you, this is my FOURTH time donating to the same organization, so I know their specifications. While she was cutting the hair, my boyfriend had a bag of rubber bands for her. I told her to please section the hair for the donation. She said "Does the donation need that, or do YOU want that so I don't cut off too much hair?" I told her yes, it was the donation that needed the hair sectioned as per their policy. She completely disregarded my statement, put all of my hair in a ponytail and cut it. After that the appointment went relatively smoothly, she commented on how oily my hair was during the shampoo, and was almost completely silent during the cut but that was fine. Haircut turned out how I wanted in the end. I could just be irritated from having to section my loose hair myself at home now, but you would think that hairdressers would be familiar with the process of hair donation and know that hair needs to be sectioned, or at least listen to their client's specifications.
