Great experience today with Trayvion. They are the most knowledgeable Ulta/Sephora person I’ve come across and so patient too. They walked me through the difference between silicone based and water based makeup and then color matched me for my new foundation. While we were working together, several people came to ask Trayvion questions about products and for recommendations and Trayvion always had an answer. Thank you, Trayvion for your help and patience today- you’re the best!

Great customer service, and very clean store. I went in to purchase contour and blush, and the associates were sweet and helpful. I liked how there were makeup wipes, sponges, lip wands, and hand sanitizer at each try-on station.

I had Erica lay her magic hands on my hair… all I can say is WOW!!! She consulted me without me even realizing it and found out everything about my hair. Her technical skills are at a high-level and she’s so much fun to talk to! My hair is very thick/long and textured. It is not easy to handle but she tamed my mane!
