They do the best alterations, the best cleaning from grease stains to grass stains from minor alterations to going down a size I've taken vintage, Ralph Lauren pants and thought that they were done and they brought them back to life and stitch them to make them look like new!
And they're always great at meeting deadlines I've seen people come in with very unrealistic deadlines right with me. They would take the customer happily.
I have nothing but great experiences with H & M. I first started going to them for all my alterations. I think over 4 years I've used them 8x and every job was perfect. Most recently I have been using them for wash and fold because my buildings units are not good. So far great results with that service as well! Prices are competitive and everyone there is very nice.
Owners are great, and they've done an A+ job each time. H&M has helped me both with routine dry cleaning and with stain removal. (I had what I'm pretty sure was a soda stain on one of my suits... I pointed it out before the cleaning and they handled it for me!)
